Shipping Policy is only in B2B domain & accepts only wholesale and retail orders. The Company does not cater to any end consumer directly. However, end consumers can approach the company for any query or service related issue (except Quotation, Orders or Dispatch). All B2B orders are dispatched within 3 working days (except Sunday and National Holidays) from the day of receiving full payments for the ordered goods. All products are being shipped to almost all parts of India.

Transport Charges:

All executed orders (except Chennai) are on “TO PAY” basis until or unless specified in writing in proforma Invoice. All buyers must specify the preferred “Transport Company” to get the best deal negotiated by them. In all the other cases orders will be executed through the cheapest possible logistics partners as per our wisdom. No claim will be entertained in case the buyer feels that the freight cost charged by the transporter is higher.
All orders belonging to Greater Chennai Corporation limits are eligible for “FREE DELIVERY”.

Orders Tracking:

After 24 hours (except Sunday and National Holidays) of the shipping, respective Lorry Receipt/Docket Copy will be shared with the buyer either by email or by WhatsApp. Responsibility of tracking the shipment is of the buyer until unless there is some issue and it is brought to our notice in writing either by e-mail/WhatsApp. No tracking claim can be entertained after 25 days of shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Even though it is a very subjective situation to guess but estimated delivery time (FCL Orders) for each zone will be as under-

  • South India - 3 Days
  • North India - 7 Days
  • East     India - 5 Days
  • West   India - 5 Days


Before confirming orders, the buyer must specify if the billing address and shipping address are different. Once orders are confirmed and dispatch is completed, address change will not be possible at all. However, buyer may place the request with transporter directly and follow.

GSTN Details:

Before confirming orders, the buyer must specify the correct GSTN details. Once orders are confirmed and dispatch is completed, GSTN details cannot be changed. All orders without GSTN details will be treated as “Unregistered Dealer” and billed (No Input Credit for Buyer) accordingly.

International Locations:

The Company can also ship to International locations if the orders of FCL (Full Container Load) in nature. However, the prices will differ as per the container size and buying country.

Non-availability on Delivery:

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your correct & active mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
