Yes! The Company can supply samples. All samples are pre-paid at retail price and courier cost. However, on confirmation of commercial orders, difference of wholesale price & retail price (for samples) will be adjusted as discount.
The Company has MOQ policy of 32’ lorry load for all the states other than Tamil Nadu. However, for all over Tamil Nadu, LCL orders of minimum 10 Units (Colors can be Mixed) are acceptable.
Yes, Your customized requirements for logo, design, package, carton mark, are welcome. However, for customization of logo, the brand name must be registered as “Trade Mark”. All additional cost of customization must be paid by buyer.
Yes! 5 different models in mixed colors can be mixed in one lorry.
It will take about 7 days to finish a FCL order. But the Exact time is according to actual demand and supply situation.
All orders are accepted with 30% advance payment through NEFT, Bank, Credit/Debit card or any major payment gateways. Balance 70% payments before loading.
Yes! But is being decided from case to case basis. However, irrevocable domestic Bank LC/Bank Guarantee is a mandatory to avail this facility.
We give great importance to quality control. Every batch of toys undergo in-house QC as-well-as NABL/BIS Accredited labs.
The Company have NABL/BIS Accredited lab Reports. However, the Company can apply to ASTM963e or EN71 (If needed) to a nominated lab at buyer’s cost.
All the toys under the brand name “Delia Baby” sold to the end consumer carry 3 months warranty on motor & battery (Subject to production of “Retail Invoice”).
Yes! Generally 1% of spare parts as a replacement for non-functioning (If any) is supported FREE OF COST. However, beyond this limit all the spares are chargeable as per the Price-list.
